My approach is primarily trauma informed, with an eclectic mix of various modalities such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy, EMDR, CBT, EFT, Psychosynthesis, Somatic work, Coaching and Narrative therapy. I am an EMDR Certified trauma therapist.
